Background

Define the problem

After introduction the project, dive more into the problem you tackled. This ection is an oppurtunity to make strong case for why this project exists. Yoou can use these deliverables here:

  1. Analytics or usage data
  2. Market research
  3. Survey results/interview/highlights

Define Users

After explaining the problem, show how it impacts your users and thier interaction with your product. A few types of the deliverables you might share here are:

  1. User persona
  2. Journey map

Early ideation

Hiring managers don't just want the final product, so it's clear that showing some of your process is helpful. Especially for designers with no job experience. Include:

  1. Diagrams
  2. Pen and paper or low fidelity digital wireframes
  3. Site maps

Final design solution

This section should include the most final work you did on the project. Explain any key decisions or constraints that changed the design from the earlier stages. If you incorporated findings from the usability testing, that's great.
